Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using iRecHub, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. Free and Pro Plans

iRecHub offers a Free plan with core CV-building features and a Pro plan that unlocks AI features, additional templates, and advanced export options. Plan features and limits are shown at sign-up and may be updated over time. Paid plans are billed as described at checkout.

3. Refunds and Cancellations

iRecHub Pro is a monthly subscription that renews automatically until you cancel.

• Cancellations. You can cancel anytime from Settings → Billing or the Stripe customer portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current paid billing period — you keep full Pro access until that date and are not charged again. Cancellations are not prorated.
• Refunds. Payments are non-refundable. Because you keep Pro access through the end of the period you have already paid for, we do not refund partial or unused time.
• Failed payments. If a renewal payment fails, your access continues during Stripe's automatic retry window; if payment ultimately cannot be collected, your account reverts to the Free plan.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful, misleading, or fraudulent purpose.
• Upload content that infringes the rights of others.
• Attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the service.
• Misrepresent your identity or qualifications in a way that violates applicable law.

5. AI-Generated Content

AI suggestions are provided as a starting point and may contain inaccuracies. You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and verifying all AI-generated content before using it. iRecHub does not guarantee employment outcomes or that any CV will pass a specific ATS.

6. Intellectual Property

You retain full ownership of the CV data and content you create. We claim no ownership over your personal content. The iRecHub platform, templates, and software remain the intellectual property of iRecHub and its licensors.

7. Limitation of Liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, iRecHub is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute will be subject to the competent courts of Saudi Arabia.
